Robert DeLong

Robert has been leading the The DeLong Group since 2005, prior to that he worked in another insurance agency getting his feet wet! Robert is a native Arizonan and a graduate of Corona Del Sol and attended Scottsdale Community College. Since the inception of The DeLong Group, Robert has built solid relationships with the area’s most trusted insurance providers as a way to better serve Arizona residents looking for the best individualized insurance coverage. Robert handles Personal Lines, Business Insurance and Bonds but can do all lines of insurance when needed. Robert is a baseball and ice hockey enthusiast and plays locally where his team won three National Amateur Baseball Championships in 2001, 2010 and 2021.

Margaret DeLong

Margaret is an integral part of the DeLong Insurance Group team. She has been in the Insurance business since 2012. Prior to her life as an insurance producer she was in customer service in Snack and Beverage Distribution for over 20 years. If she is not working, you usually can find her with a book, she regularly attends her monthly Book Club meetings! Margaret handles our Health, Life and Medicare business but if needed she can do all lines of business. She is also our Team Captain for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society leading us in the Annual Light the Night Walk in November.

Leon DeLong

As our local part part part part time sales person. Leon joined us in 2021 with his over 40 years sales experience. In his other time, you'll find him fishing, playing golf, pickleball or hunting. 

Jackie Rice

Jackie is our social messenger, she works on our Facebook page and makes sure our clients receive a greeting on their birthdays and helps with major projects for the agency. Jackie is mother to Sadie and Nathan which in its self keeps her very busy, she also has her Master’s in Education and teaches fifth grade! Jackie also helps with our fund-raising efforts for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
